LAKE WYLIE, SC — The Lake Wylie Lady Chargers continued their strong season on Tuesday night, earning their 8th varsity victory of the season with a convincing 3-0 sweep over the South Pointe Stallions. Lake Wylie came out with energy and consistency from the opening serve, taking control of the match and never allowing South Pointe to gain momentum. The Lady Chargers opened the night with a 25-15 victory in the first set. South Pointe battled back in the second, but Lake Wylie remained composed and closed out the set 25-20 to move within one set of the sweep. The Chargers saved another strong performance for the third set, finishing the match with a 25-16 victory and completing the 3-0 sweep.
